Action Zones (Bar by Bar)

Summary:
Ive been asked for years for an Action Zones implemention that can be used
intraday on a bar-by-bar basis. TBH, Im not sure if it is really useful to do it this way,
but here you go anyway!

If youre familiar with the regular Action Zones, this one is the same thing, except the
levels are only valid for ONE bar at a time. I think the most interesting approach
would be to look for times when the shorter term levels (this script) lines up on the
regular ones that are valid for an entire day.

As far as inputs go, should be self-explanatory. As usual, let me know if you run into
any issues.
