Summary:
Posted in response to a forum request. This script draws trendlines at a fixed interval
above and below a user defined point on the chart.

Parameters:

spacing = number of points between lines
repeat_up = number of lines above the hotspot
repeat_down = number of lines below the hotspot
color = line color
thick = line thickness
